Is there a gym area?

Yes! Las Rocas has a full gym and fitness area as well as a yoga studio.

Are there locker rooms?

Yes! We have full service locker rooms with showers, vanities, sauna, and cold plunge.

Do you have a sauna?

Yes! We have an infrared sauna. Perfect for recovery!

Do you have a cold plunge?

Yes! We have a filtered cold plunge in the lock room. Perfect for recovery and injury prevention after training.
