We know visiting a new gym can feel intimidating, but we’re here to make it easy. At Las Rocas, everyone is welcome — from first-time climbers and fitness newcomers to experienced athletes looking for their next challenge.

STEP 1: Plan your visit

Find everything you need to get started at Las Rocas—check our hours, grab a day pass, or explore day use options such as 10 packs. Buy your pass online, and once you've experienced the space, we can chat about membership options that fit your routine.

STEP 2: SIGN YOUR WAIVER

Everyone entering Las Rocas needs a signed waiver—yes, even if you’re not climbing. For minors, only a parent or legal guardian can complete the waiver—no exceptions. Save time and get it done online before you arrive!

STEP 3: EXPLORE AMENITIES

Plan your visit and be sure to see everything Las Rocas has to offer beyond the walls. Train in our full fitness area with free weights, strength machines, and cardio equipment. Recover with our infrared sauna, cold plunge, and private stretch studio. Find balance in our dedicated yoga and mobility space, or get work done in our co-working areas. Whether you’re here to climb, train, recover, or connect, we’ve got you covered.

STEP 4: TRY A CLASS

Try a class and take your training to the next level at Las Rocas. From high-energy HIIT and strength training to yoga, mobility, and climbing technique sessions, our expert-led classes are designed for all levels. Best of all, every class is included with your membership or day pass—just show up and get moving!

Where are you located?

What should I wear?

Dress to move—think athletic shorts, leggings, or anything you’d feel comfortable climbing in. The essentials? Climbing shoes and chalk to keep your grip strong. Bring your own or rent from us.

Can kids join?

Kids are welcome to climb, explore, and have fun at Las Rocas! Whether they’re trying bouldering for the first time or looking to build skills, our space is designed for all ages. With youth programs, camps, and open climbing, there’s always a way for kids to get on the wall and enjoy the challenge.
